Refunds & Returns

 

In Short

KJ Gift Shop is happy to offer customers an exchange for items purchased online. Exchanges are accepted on goods and will require proof of purchase. Refunds will only be made if the products are damaged during transportation/or before you receive your product.

Damaged Goods
If your item is damaged, faulty, or different to how it was described follow these easy steps:
1. Take a photo of the item/s
2. Send the photo to info@KJGiftShop.com along with your order reference number
3. Our customer care team will contact you to arrange the return of the product. We will send you a pre-paid postal label to use when returning the item to us. Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase. Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.  
Please allow up to ten business days for the refund to process.

 

Exchange or Change of Mind
KJ Gift Shop currently doesn't offer refunds for customers that have either simply changed their mind and simply don't want our product any more. However customers that wish to exchange a product for different type of scented product must forward their request onto info@KJGiftShop.com where our customer care team will contact you and let you know what we have decided and whether we have approved the exchange or not.

After Purchase

KJ Gift Shop will not be responsible for after our products become your property. If you lose, damaged or get it stolen, KJ Gift Shop will not be held responsible for your products, We unfortunately will not offer a refund or exchange for this occasion.
